Celebrating God’s Faithfulness in a Year of Challenge and Grace
Dear friends,
As 2025 comes to a close, our hearts are full. This year has stretched us, surprised us, and reminded us again and again that God’s grace is sufficient and His provision never fails. Through your generosity, prayers, and partnership, Renewing Grace Together has been able to serve pastors and ministry families in ways that only God could orchestrate.
Even in a year marked by deep personal hardship for our team, the Lord continued to open doors for ministry. We are humbled to share just a glimpse of what your support made possible in 2025.
🌍 Strengthening Pastors Across the Globe
A Honeymoon for a Pastoral Couple in Kenya
This year, we had the joy of helping a pastoral couple from Kenya experience their long‑awaited honeymoon—something they had never been able to afford. Your generosity gave them rest, joy, and renewed connection.
Supporting Pastors and a Faithful Widow in Kenya
With the help of Minister E., a devoted widow who has served pastors faithfully for years, we provided meals for pastors in Kenya. When her own family took her home from her, you stepped in. Together, we were able to:
Caring for Pastors Here at Home
Rest and Retreat Through Donated Time-Share Points
A generous donor shared their time‑share points, allowing a weary pastor to enjoy a restorative retreat he could not have accessed otherwise.
A Weekend Camping Retreat for a Pastor and His Wife
Another pastoral couple received a peaceful weekend camping getaway—time to breathe, reconnect, and hear from the Lord.
Sabbatical Support for a Pastor and His Family
Through resources entrusted to us, we helped a pastor locate vacation homes so his family could spend meaningful time together during his sabbatical—something they could not have afforded on their own.
A Multi-Generation Family Vacation
As this letter is being written, a multi-generational pastoral family is currently retreating together, at a beautiful home hosted by a faithful partner and friend to Renewing Grace Together.
💒 Strengthening Marriages Through Delight Your Marriage
One of the greatest blessings of 2025 was developing a relationship with Delight Your Marriage, a Christ-centered marriage coaching program.
Because of donors who had been transformed by the program themselves, we were able to:
🏡 Renewing Our Arkansas Day Retreat
After the unexpected passing of our beloved office manager at the Arkansas day retreat at only 50 years old, Wyndy traveled there to stabilize and rebuild operations.
Through her leadership and your support, we were able to:
⛪ Supporting a Persecuted Pastor Seeking Refuge
This year, we ministered to a pastor who fled to Texas after being imprisoned for his faith in his home country. Through your generosity, we were able to help provide his family:
🤝 Expanding Our Network of Ministry Partners
In June, we connected with the founders of Hope for the Heart, and in September we shared our mission at the Hope Together Conference in Dallas. Meaningful connections were also made this year with National Christian Foundation, Retrouvaille, ServantCare and PastorServe. These relationships are opening new doors for collaboration, encouragement, and future ministry impact.
🌟 God’s Faithfulness in a Hard Year
2025 was also a deeply personal year of trial for our team. In March, our precious Director, Wyndy Penner discovered two tumors, and in May, she was diagnosed with cancer. She stepped down as Director in April to focus on treatment and healing.
Through months of uncertainty, God carried her—and all of us. Even in the midst of difficulty, God provided opportunities for Wyndy and her husband to share the grace of God with many people in various walks of life, including Amish, Mennonites and the medical teams at the clinic where she was receiving treatment. Today, we rejoice that Wyndy is still with us, healing, and able to rejoin the team.
In December, the Board appointed Wyndy and Teresa Hale as Co‑Directors of Renewing Grace Together. We are humbled, grateful, and full of expectation for what God will do next.

Every meal, every retreat, every scholarship, every restored marriage, every pastor encouraged—you helped make this possible. Your prayers, generosity, and belief in this mission have strengthened pastors around the world. We give thanks to God for all He has done.
As we look toward 2026, we do so with hearts full of praise and gratitude for you, with confidence in the God who continues to Renew, Refresh and Restore His servants through the grace we share together.

One of the greatest blessings of 2025 was developing a relationship with Delight Your Marriage, a Christ-centered marriage coaching program.
Because of donors who had been transformed by the program themselves, we were able to:
- Provide partial scholarships for three churches to launch in-person marriage coaching
- Award 26 individual partial scholarships for pastors, pastors’ spouses, and ministry leaders in the United States and Internationally
- Distribute nearly $40,000 in partial scholarships—all fully donated
🏡 Renewing Our Arkansas Day Retreat
After the unexpected passing of our beloved office manager at the Arkansas day retreat at only 50 years old, Wyndy traveled there to stabilize and rebuild operations.
Through her leadership and your support, we were able to:
- Engage new helpers to clean and restock the office
- Connect with new pastors to use the retreat space
- Form a partnership with the café in the building to provide meals for retreating pastors
- Develop relationships to help spread the word about the day retreat

- Essential resources
- A vehicle – a labor of love supported by two pastors, a church, and spirit-led families
- Connections and support as he rebuilds his life and ministry
